Following an initial call to get to know one another, we’ll meet with you to discuss your business needs and future goals in detail, so we can get a thorough understanding of how we can help you.
Once we have established your needs, we’ll provide you with The Accelerate Route Map, which details the concerns, opportunities and goals we have identified in The Accelerated Discovery Process. In this free report, we will illustrate how we can support your needs, fast-track you towards your desired result, and identify any other strategic opportunities for the future.
Once we have agreed and formalised the service you require, you’ll meet your Accelerate team. We’ll sit down together to run through the areas of the business where we will support you, explain how our processes work, and establish what we need from you and what you expect from us. We’ll also set-up your access to our secure information sharing centre and show you how to navigate this.
To ensure complete integration and ongoing satisfaction, we’ll conduct a quarterly review meeting to ensure we’re on track to meet your goals and determine whether there’s anything else we can do to help get you there. You’ll also have the option to meet with your team on a weekly basis to keep your finger on the pulse.
