The team at Accelerate Adviser Solutions is made up of a forward-thinking group of highly qualified and experienced paraplanners and financial administrators. Between us, we have a wide range of expertise and pride ourselves on personal and professional development.

We have all worked within Chartered and FCA-regulated firms and have a strong understanding of delivering exceptional service, adhering to strict guidelines and principles, and ensuring that our work is of the highest standard.

We’ve got comprehensive, in-depth experience in investments, pensions, protection, and estate planning. We aim to communicate clearly and provide you with accurate, well-researched and well-informed planning.

Matt Baird

Matt has worked in the financial sector for over 14 years. During this time, he has undertaken many qualifications, earning him his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, and is currently working towards obtaining his Chartered status.

In 2024, Matt won the Outsourced Paraplanner of the Year award from Professional Paraplanner, recognising his exceptional contributions to the industry.

He has a passion for personal development, continuous improvement and travelling the world. Outside of work, he spends time playing football and tennis, reading, and socialising.

Deb Watts

Deb is our Administration Manager.

Deb has worked in the financial services and administration sectors for over 30 years. She oversees a wide variety of administrative tasks and functions within the company. She has a genuine love of spreadsheets, which serves to keep everything running in-house and beyond.

Deb was honoured to win the Professional Paraplanner Administrator of the Year award for 2024.

In her free time, Deb enjoys theatre (both live and on film), spending time with her family, crafting and long walks in the rain.

Stephanie Tennant

Stephanie is our head paraplanner and has worked in the financial sector since 2019.

In that time, she has obtained her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, receiving The Insurance Institute of Leicester’s prize for ‘Best Performance in Achieving Qualified Status’ in November 2022. She is now well on the way to achieving her Advanced Diploma and Chartered status.

In July 2024 she won the award for New Paraplanner of the Year at the Professional Paraplanner Awards.

Outside work, Stephanie enjoys theatre trips, Pilates, tap dancing and performing with her burlesque troupe.

Emily Miles

Emily is one of our Financial Administrators who was new to our growing team in 2023.

Emily is currently working towards her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and looks forward to progressing her career within the finance industry.

Outside of work Emily enjoys both playing and watching football, cooking and long weekends away travelling and experiencing the different counties the UK has to offer.
