What aspects of our service have you found most valuable?
At outset; understanding the key reason(s) why the previous relationship didn’t work and what I really want and need to be able to operate at my best.
We identified:
- The previous manager did not understand my systems – so could not train/support their team. I ended up doing that role and the team all left. The team worked on too many accounts each day and were inefficient and couldn’t deliver what Trentham needed in time.
- Nicola was far too busy with client relationships and meetings with no real support on systems and order. Burned out and couldn’t think.

Very professional, accurate, intelligent, right person right seat. Whist I have never met them, I can feel the personalities through the task system and yf filing. They are well suited for each task/role.

You understand that your team are to work on one account to learn that IFA systems. T
hey work on one IFA account per day- reducing error rate and increasing eƯiciency. Both adding value.
Every IFA works in a diƯerent way and I would not want to work in 3 or 4 diƯerent ways – burn out!
